Tom has worked in the health and fitness industry as a professional since the age of 16 years old. Foundations have always been the same - to reach health and fitness goals requires hard work. However, the tools to achieve these goals have rapidly improved over the years, making it more enjoyable.
Tom has an extensive sports background both competing or working alongside athletes in a variety of disciplines such as triathlon, duathlon, swimming, running and surfing.
He was originally a professional cyclist and later became a research and development kite surf rider around the globe.
When you are fit and healthy it lays a domino effect on the rest of your life. There are many factors involved in making up a healthy body. Over the years I have constructed my beliefs and discovered different options. We are all unique so there is no single formula that will work for all of us. That is the exciting part of Tom’s work, to understand an individual's health and help them find their formula.

Depending on which retreat you choose, Tom will be supervising other leading professionals, such as yoga/pilates, ski/snowboard/climbing instructors, mountain guides, chefs, and body therapists to make sure that your experience is full and complete.
